Dubai’s latest entry policy:
a. Present a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate indicating that the passenger has been fully vaccinated against World Health Organization (WHO) or UAE-approved vaccines. The certificate must contain a QR code, please prepare relevant certificates in English (paper version). b. Present a valid COVID-19 negative test certificate based on molecular diagnostic tests designed to qualitatively detect RNA nucleic acid of SARS-COV-2 virus. This certificate must be issued within 48 hours of the sample collection by an approved health service provider and must include a QR code, please prepare the relevant certificate in English (paper version).
c. Present a valid medical certificate issued by the relevant authorities certifying that the passenger has recovered from the novel coronavirus COVID-19 issued within one month before the date of arrival. The certificate must contain a QR code, please prepare relevant certificates in English (paper version).
a. All UAE nationals returning to Dubai from any country
b. Non-UAE nationals accompanying first-level UAE national family members
c. Domestic helpers accompanying the UAE national sponsor.
The following people are exempt from testing for COVID-19:
a. Children under the age of 12
b. Passengers with moderate to severe disabilities. Note: a. Moderate or severe disability includes neurological disease and intellectual or developmental disability. For example: acute spinal cord injury, Alzheimer’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), ataxia, autism spectrum, Bell palsy, brain tumor, brain aneurysm, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy and Seizures. b. All other passengers, including visually impaired, hearing impaired or physically impaired passengers, must hold a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test certificate as required, please prepare relevant certificates in English (paper version).
